1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
- Certain items (such as clearance products or personalized items) may be non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to our return address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
