1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
  • Certain items (such as clearance products or personalized items) may be non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at admin@carwala.store or WhatsApp: 0311-7535050 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to our return address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
